We all struggle to prioritize competing needs, to keep messaging consistent throughout our organizations, and to choose the best projects into which to invest time and budget. This interactive course will help you create a successful communications plan. We’ll discuss how to better understand and prioritize your target audience, define your unique point of difference and identify the communication vehicles that will work best for your organization, from traditional to electronic and social media. You will learn to target, streamline and measure success. Please bring your stories, issues and samples to share!
